Shipping policy

DCTees.co takes about 4-9 business days to create custom apparel products. This timeframe includes authorization and verification of your order, print-on-demand of your specific order, hand sewing of your garment, quality control and packaging. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type, destination and your shipping choice at checkout. Shipping time can vary from overnight to 10 business days. Free shipping in the continental US takes 3 business days until delivery.

Once you have clicked on the "Pay Now" button, it might not be possible to edit or cancel your order. If you want to change some parameters, Customer addresses, etc., please contact us at dc@dctees.co. DCTees.co is not bound to make such modifications in your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis. 

The risk of loss for shipped products pass to the customer upon our delivery to the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to file any claim with a carrier for a lost shipment if carrier tracking indicates that the Product was delivered. In such case DCTees.co will not make any refunds and will not resend the Product.
